Zoom/Facetime/What’s App Sessions
The sessions I offer are online via platforms such as Zoom/Facetime/What’s App. Many people feel more comfortable and find it more beneficial being in their own homes rather than in a therapy room. It is also useful for people living further away from where I am based or abroad. All locations are discreet and confidential.
Alongside the therapy sessions, a tailor-made recording and exercises will be given when required. Follow up communication to check progress is part of the therapy.
It is difficult to gauge exactly how many sessions a person will need but following a discovery call, I would be able to give a rough estimate. As a general rule, if an issue has been going on for some time and is deeply rooted, then a course of treatment would be required. Simple habits or phobias can be treated in as little as 2 – 3 sessions.
I have no prices on my website as each package I offer is bespoke to each individual, the issues they present with and how many sessions required. I price each package according to each individual’s needs following a discovery call.
The first step would be to book a FREE 15-min discovery call, which would give you an insight into how I can help you and whether you feel I would be the right fit for you. If the sessions are for a child or young person, I recommend that they come onto the discovery call too so they have an opportunity to see what I do and to check me out. This will give them a sense of control rather than it all being organised by a parent/caregiver and they have to just be ok with that.
Notice for Cancellation/Rescheduling
If for some reason you are unable to make your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice. You may be liable for the full cost of the session if not.
