Achieve My Goals…Be More Confident and Self-Assured…Feel More In Control…Feel Good About My Self…Move Forward In My Life…These are just a few of the ‘wants’ which people have but can’t seem to reach. This is because it’s not easy to change they way we think, feel and subsequently behave. But I believe with hypnosis and hypnotherapy you can achieve whatever you want and make that change! But you have to go deep within yourself as this is where your inner thoughts and feelings lie which can be extremely limiting and of which can prevent you from moving forward in your life in some way. Life has a way of hypnotising us by creating limiting beliefs and picking up habits, fears and anxieties along the way through the experiences we are exposed to. Surprisingly, what I do through hypnosis and hypnotherapy is de-hypnotise people so that they can release those limiting beliefs, anxieties and fears in order to have the happy and fulfilled life they want.
So how does this change come about? It is not just about thinking positively and getting rid of any negative thoughts you may be having; it’s far more than that. You have to face your fears and anxieties head on which perhaps you have never done before which can seem quite daunting. I am here to work with you to support you through this but bear in mind that change requires a bit of work on your part too as hypnosis is not a quick fix. I can help you achieve whatever you want but it requires a real desire by you to make that change and the need to be more honest with yourself than perhaps you have ever been before.
By looking at what you don’t want and then focusing on what you do want, we would then work together to bring about that change through hypnosis, and as this is a naturally occurring state of mind, it is very gentle and feels just like your in a relaxed, daydream state.
